1. General Information
Nereide Cruises operates boat tours in Rethymno, Crete, aboard the traditional wooden vessel Argo.

By submitting a booking request, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Requests
Submitting a request does not guarantee availability or confirmation of the tour.

​

3. Confirmation & Payment
Once availability is confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation.

The reservation is considered confirmed only after payment is completed.​

4. Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible.

Any changes are subject to availability and approval.

6. Weather Conditions
Safety is our priority. In case of unfavourable weather conditions, the tour may be rescheduled to a later date at no additional cost.

7. Safety On Board
All passengers must follow the crew's instructions at all times. Nereide Cruises reserves the right to refuse boarding or interrupt the tour in case of unsafe or inappropriate behaviour.

8. Liability
Nereide Cruises is not responsible for personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the tour, except where required by Law.

9. Health & Responsibility
Passengers are responsible for ensuring they are fit to participate. Any relevant medical conditions should be communicated in advance.

10. Delays
Guests are required to arrive on time at the agreed departure point. Late arrivals of more than one hour may result in the cancellation of the trip and missed departure.

11. Privacy
Personal data collected will be used solely for handling booking requests and communication, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

12. Governing Law

 The laws of Greece govern these terms. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Greek courts.
